Commercial and recreational UAS pilots: The FAA has issued a standing temporary flight restriction that prohibits the operation of UAS within 3 nautical miles of certain sporting venues from one hour before the event starts until one hour after the event is over unless the flight is conducted for operational purposes of the event.
This temporary flight restriction applies to the following venues/events:
The Skyward map currently shows 29 MLB Stadiums and 27 Motor Raceways (primarily NASCAR) located within the United States to which the TFR applies. Check the schedule using the URL or telephone number to determine if there is an event during your planned flight. NFL and NCAA Division I stadiums will be added soon. A future update to the map will automatically show a TFR during the active period.

U.S. National Parks
Commercial and recreational UAS pilots: On the Skyward Airspace Map, U.S. National Parks appear in yellow. National Parks are generally off-limits for both recreational and commercial UAV flights. To fly within, to, or from a National Park, contact the park directly and ask about a permit. Use the Skyward Airspace Map to provide the location and boundaries of your intended flight, as well as the precautions you will take to ensure a safe flight.
